Who knew English was so complicated?
English is actually more complicated then you may think. For example, "donut" is actually spelled "doughnut". I usually forget that. I was reminded once by a friend.
I also used to get "except" and "accept" mixed up.
And I think I used to spell "answer" as "anwser" or something. I wonder why words can't just be spelled the way they sound...
And I keep pronouncing "women" as "woman" instead of "wimmen".
Who knew English was so hard to speak?
If you want to continue the conversation, then please do so! Please give your own examples, without using any bad language or anything inappropriate. Thaqnks!
